Quotation Validity

All quotations issued by YSGO are valid for the period stated in the quotation document. Pricing, lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), and product specifications in a quotation are subject to change if the quotation expires, if raw material costs change significantly, or if the order requirements are modified after the quotation is issued.

Order Confirmation Process

An order is considered confirmed only when all of the following conditions are met:

1. 1 A written purchase order or signed proforma invoice has been exchanged between both parties via email or agreed document format.
2. 2 Product specifications, quantities, pricing, delivery terms, and payment terms are explicitly agreed in writing.
3. 3 The agreed deposit payment has been received and confirmed by YSGO.

Sample Orders

Sample requests are handled separately from bulk orders. Sample specifications, costs, and lead times are confirmed by email before samples are produced or shipped. Sample approval does not automatically constitute a bulk order commitment by either party.

YSGO is not responsible for production, material procurement, or scheduling actions taken based on informal communications, verbal agreements, or unconfirmed inquiries.

YSGO provides OEM and ODM manufacturing services for interactive educational toys and STEM learning products. Project communication for customization, product development, and private-label manufacturing is subject to the following terms.

Project Briefs and Requirements

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely project briefs including product requirements, branding guidelines, target market specifications, content requirements (such as quiz topics, language, and age range), and packaging expectations. YSGO will develop proposals based on the information provided. Incomplete or changed briefs may affect project timelines and costs.

Design and Development Ownership

Designs, tooling, molds, and development work created by YSGO for standard product lines remain the property of YSGO. Designs, artwork, and content created specifically for a customer's OEM/ODM project under a written agreement, and paid for by the customer as part of the project, may be assigned to the customer as agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

YSGO treats OEM/ODM project details, customer brand information, product concepts, and business requirements shared during project communication as confidential. We do not share customer project details with third parties without consent, except where required by applicable law or for the purpose of fulfilling the project with contracted suppliers.

Customers are similarly expected to treat proprietary manufacturing information, pricing, and technical details shared by YSGO as confidential. Where formal confidentiality requirements apply, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) can be arranged upon request.

Customer-Supplied Content

When customers provide logos, artwork, quiz content, translations, or other materials for use in OEM/ODM production, the customer confirms they hold the necessary rights to use and authorize production of these materials. YSGO is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from customer-supplied content.

All content on this website, including but not limited to the YSGO name, logo, brand identity, product names, product descriptions, photography, illustrations, graphics, layout design, and written content, is the property of YSGO or its authorized operating entity, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of YSGO intellectual property may result in legal action. For licensing inquiries or permission requests, please contact us directly.

YSGO uses the contact and project details you submit to review your requirements and communicate with you about products, quotations, and OEM/ODM projects. These may include your name, email, company, country, buyer type, product interests, quantities, language needs, customization, packaging, compliance requirements, and message. Model details and the page or product you were viewing may accompany your inquiry.

Website inquiries are saved in our website administrative records and sent to our sales mailbox at sales@ysgotoys.com. The submission system also records technical context, including IP address, browser information, referring or current page, and available geographic context, to help process inquiries and protect the form from misuse.
