01 / BUYER QUESTIONS
Choose the right product
2 questions to guide your next step

How do I choose a product line before requesting a quote?
Start with the activity and the buyer you need to serve. Compare STEM sets for assembly and exploration, Y-Card players for model-specific reading or quiz activities, Y-Pen sets for interaction with compatible printed materials, Y-Challenge games for rules and memory activities, and Y-Phone/Y-Pad toys for button-based play. Then shortlist actual models and check their contents, controls, language and age information. Share your market and intended use if you need help narrowing the options.
What should schools and STEM course providers confirm before buying?
Describe the learners, the activity and how the session will run. Include age and skill range, group size, session length, adult support and the tasks the product must perform. Review the selected model’s instructions and age guidance, then use a sample to try setup, play, reset and storage. Product selection does not by itself confirm curriculum alignment or learning results; your teaching team should review the activity before deciding the configuration and number of sets.
02 / BUYER QUESTIONS
Define your order and customization
5 questions to guide your next step
How is the minimum order quantity confirmed?
MOQ is confirmed for the selected model and proposed order. Send the quantity you expect to need for each model, together with the language, packaging and customization requirements. YSGO can review the applicable conditions with the quotation. For a mixed-model shortlist, identify each quantity separately; do not assume that combining several products creates one shared MOQ.
What information should I include in a quotation request?
Include reference models or a product line, destination market, sales channel or teaching use, estimated quantities and sample needs. Add required languages, branding, packaging, functions and any testing or documentation requirements you already know. Share your target timing and separate essential changes from preferences. You can begin with the details available and identify open questions; the quotation should state the configuration and conditions being offered.
Can YSGO support private-label products or a new function?
Yes. Branding, color, packaging, language, learning content, kit configuration and function changes can be discussed against a selected product platform. Available options vary by model. Describe what you want to retain and what you want to change; new electronics, structures or functions need a separate feasibility review. Logo or packaging customization does not automatically include an exclusive product or rights to the existing design.
Can we change the language, audio or learning materials?
Describe the language and content you need, then confirm what the chosen model supports. Physical cards, insertable content modules and pen-compatible books or cards use different formats; materials cannot be assumed interchangeable. Provide approved text, question and answer content, artwork and audio requirements. Agree who will review translation and pronunciation, then check the content on the physical sample before approving the order version.
What should we confirm for branded or channel-specific packaging?
Share the sales channel or teaching-kit format, logo and artwork, required language, included accessories and labeling needs. Review the packaging structure, printed information, instructions and carton details for the selected model. Confirm which files are ready and which need development. The approved packaging and included-item list should match the quotation and sample; a catalog picture alone should not define a customized order.

Review samples, evidence and order details
3 questions to guide your next step

How are sample cost and preparation time confirmed?
Identify whether you want to assess an existing model or a sample with specific changes. Send the model, configuration, required content and packaging, delivery destination and target timing. YSGO can review the sample scope, availability, cost and preparation schedule for that request. Confirm delivery arrangements and any approval steps separately. A standard product sample may not demonstrate custom content or packaging that has not yet been developed.
How do we confirm testing documents and inspection requirements?
Identify the exact model, final configuration, intended use and destination market. Request the relevant documents and review the product identification, covered configuration and report scope. A document for one version should not be assumed to cover another. Share customer or third-party inspection requirements early, then agree the checks, responsibilities and available documentation with YSGO. A catalog listing or completed checklist does not establish compliance for your order.
What should be agreed before production and when ordering again?
Confirm the quotation scope, model and configuration, physical sample, content and packaging versions, inspection requirements and order arrangements. Record corrections and unresolved points before approval, including the production and shipment schedule agreed for the order. For a repeat purchase, reference the previously approved versions and identify any changes. Reconfirm quantities, availability and delivery arrangements; an earlier order does not establish the conditions of the next one.
